In consideration of this entry being accepted to volunteer/assist with this charitable event, I, for my heirs, personal representatives and assigns waive and release any and all claims I may have as a result of my participation in the Twilight 5K against the organizers and sponsors, including, but not limited to Maine Cancer Foundation. I further state that I am physically fit and able to participate in this event.
