Celebrating 15 years in 2023!

Where has the time gone?

On April 10th, 2008 I had my first surgery to fight breast cancer.  I was diagnosed as having Stage 3B Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma when they removed a 2.5cm mass from my right breast.  I had a double mastectomy with immediate tram flap reconstruction.  That summer was spent with six rounds of chemotherapy and reevaluating my life.  This year I will celebrate a milestone that I only hoped to be alive for.

Along the way I have met many people affected by this horrible disease.  I have set my goal to raise $1500.  With your help I can do it.  Please consider helping me.

Support me in the fight against cancer!

This year I'll be participating in the 16th Annual Maine Cancer Foundation Tri for a Cure. Maine Cancer Foundation is committed to reducing cancer incidence and mortality rates in Maine, with 100% of funds raised by the Foundation used to benefit the people of Maine. They lead a state-wide effort to advance the most promising and effective cancer-fighting efforts available through a combination of grant-based financial support and coalition building.

Every dollar counts! Please consider a donation. Cancer tries but we TRI harder!
