my dad has, my aunt and uncle have, some of my friends have, and even the child of a friend has. Many of these people are survivors, but some were not. I am participating in my second Tri for a Cure in their honor and with the mission of raising money to support the fight to bring an end to cancer.
The 12th Annual Tri for a Cure will bring together women from all over the country who are dedicated to the same mission. Some will be survivors, many will know survivors, and all will have raised funds (and their heart rates!) to support the efforts of the Maine Cancer Foundation.
If you can, please consider donating to this cause. Every dollar and every small step towards a solution matters.
